The monthly rates for
our furnished accommodations vary depending on the size and location. Please refer to
the property's availability page for specific prices.
Fees: There are NO commissions or fees for our temporary
apartment rentals if you have contacted us directly and without the
assistance of another real estate broker. If you did use another real estate
broker there may be real estate commissions owed by the tenant, please ask
us or your broker if fees apply.

Corporate Billing: Upon request, we can provide itemized
billing directly to your company.

Reservations: We require a
minimum deposit equal to one month's rent and a signed rental agreement to
hold our temporary furnished apartments for you. All reservations are made
on a 1st come, 1st serve basis. No reservations will be guaranteed without a
deposit and a signed rental agreement. The total amount due to move in is
one month's rent + security deposit.
Minimum Stay: 30 days for most temporary corporate housing
properties. Please refer to property pages for any exceptions. Certain times
of the year and at certain locations, shorter stays of one to two weeks may
be available.
Security Deposit: The security deposit is equal to the
monthly rent. Special exceptions may be granted under certain circumstances.
Security deposits are held by the landlord in a separate interest bearing
Trust Account and are refundable within 30 days after vacating your
temporary apartment rental.
Renewals & Cancellations: It is our policy that the
apartment shall remain yours until you notify us that you do not need it any
longer. To extend or renew your term, give us notice, 30 days prior to your
lease expiration date. Then we will continue on a month-to-month basis,
automatically renewing for 30 days at a time. When renting on a
month-to-month basis, to cancel your lease term provide us with a minimum of
30 days written (email OK) notice. We can provide you with a fill-in the

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed in certain temporary furnished
apartments with prior written approval and consent. Please contact us for

Utility Services: All utilities are "on" and ready for your
immediate use. Please refer to the property’s information page for complete

Cleaning: We make sure each apartment is in spotless clean
condition for each new tenant. At the end of the lease term, we require that
the tenant return their temporary corporate housing property in broom clean
condition. To insure each new tenant receives their apartment in the same
spotless clean condition, we charge tenants a minimum cleaning fee of $125,
which is deducted from the security deposit upon vacating the apartment. If
the tenant has routinely cleaned their temporary apartment rental and
returns the apartment in broom clean condition, the maximum cleaning fee
will be $125. Also see
